The Benefits of Chiropractic care
Our office focuses on decreasing your pain, getting your body moving well, and getting you back to the hobbies and activities you love to do. Regular chiropractic treatments as recommended by our chiropractors helps to increase your spine and joint range of motion, decrease muscle tension, and increase flexibility. We take a comprehensive holistic approach to your treatment by assessing you from head to toe, rather than just looking at only one body part.

Our chiropractic team is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and patient-focused care. Explore our options and learn how individualized chiropractic treatments can address the root cause of discomfort and improve your quality of life.

A quick, precise movement is applied to a spinal joint, sometimes producing a popping sound. This common method can improve pain and mobility in spine-related conditions.
A gentle method using a special table that moves while the chiropractor applies slow, repeated stretching and bending. Often used for disc issues or spinal canal narrowing.
Uses a specialized table with sections that drop slightly during adjustment. A light, quick push to the spine or pelvis is assisted by the table’s motion, reducing force and improving comfort.
Involves gently tensing a muscle without movement, then stretching it. Helps relax tight muscles, reduce pain, and improve flexibility—often combined with other treatments.
Includes dynamic (moving) and static (holding) stretches to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and performance. Can aid low back pain and enhance function before athletic activity.
A hands-on approach where the provider applies pressure to tight muscles or connective tissue while the patient moves the area. Helps reduce pain and stiffness, especially in the neck and other muscle groups.
Uses petrissage and effleurage techniques to loosen muscles, ease discomfort, and improve lymphatic drainage.
Applies steady pressure to painful muscle knots (trigger points) to reduce discomfort and improve movement in chronic pain cases.
A handheld device delivers quick, repetitive pulses to muscles to loosen tissues, improve flexibility, and reduce pain—especially helpful for chronic low back pain.
Applies warm packs or wraps to relax muscles, improve blood flow, and reduce pain. Often recommended for short-term low back pain.
Uses ice packs or cold massage to reduce swelling, pain, and inflammation—commonly after injury or exercise.
Uses low-intensity light to reduce inflammation, promote cell growth, and encourage healing.
Combines ultrasound with electrical stimulation to relieve pain from tight muscles and trigger points.
Uses sound waves to warm deep tissues, promoting healing and providing relief from trigger-point pain.
Applies mild electrical currents to the skin to reduce pain signals and provide muscle pain relief.
Gently pulls the spine using a specialized machine to reduce pressure and promote healing.
Uses specialized tools to glide over muscles and tendons, helping break up scar tissue and adhesions for pain and injury relief.
Uses a handheld device to deliver gentle, quick pushes to spinal joints—an alternative for patients who can’t tolerate traditional adjustments.
Applies elastic tape to support muscles and joints, improve proprioception, reduce swelling, and aid recovery post-injury.
Uses suction cups on the skin to increase blood flow and promote lymphatic drainage.

Relief and Recovery After Car Accidents
Our providers are highly experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of whiplash and whiplash-associated disorders. Whiplash injuries can often be serious, and it is not uncommon to experience a delayed onset of pain and symptoms. After being injured in an accident, your neck and low back experience excessive traumatic force that often damages the joints of the spine, discs, ligaments, muscles, and nerves.
Chiropractic Care for Sports Injuries
When pain disrupts your life, even one more day can feel too long. That’s why we offer same-day appointments, giving you quick access to the care and answers you need. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or seeking better relief after trying other treatments, our team is ready to step in with compassion, clarity, and a plan to help you feel better, starting now.

My experience at the office is always a pleasant one. The office is always so clean, check-in staff is kind and courteous, and they're also very prompt in making things run smoothly. Doctors and specialists always take the time to explain everything and go over all options with you, they speak with you as they are concerned with your situation, never treat you like just another patient. Overall my experience is always a good one and I would recommend, 10 out of 10.
