Frequently asked questions
We understand that seeking mental health care can bring up many questions—about our services, what to expect, and how we can best support you. Our Frequently Asked Questions are designed to provide clear, straightforward answers so you can feel informed and confident in your care. If you don’t see your question here, please reach out to our team. We’re always here to listen and guide you.
Pain and emotions are deeply connected. Counseling can help reduce the stress, fear, and depression that often make pain feel worse. You’ll learn tools to cope and feel more in control.
That’s okay. You don’t need to have all the answers. Your counselor will help guide the conversation in a way that feels comfortable and helpful for you.
Yes. Mental health services are confidential. Your privacy is protected by law, and your information will only be shared with your permission or in specific emergency situations.
Not necessarily. Counseling does not always involve medication. If you’re interested in medication, you can speak with a provider about options—but the choice is always yours.
That’s valid and we encourage you not to give up. Every counselor is different, and your needs may have changed. You deserve care that works for you.
Just ask your provider or staff member. We’ll help you schedule a confidential appointment and answer any questions you have.

I had a great experience at this chiropractic office in Shirley. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Rose took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt relief after just a few sessions, and the office environment was clean and calming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality chiropractic care!

My experience at the office is always a pleasant one. The office is always so clean, check-in staff is kind and courteous, and they're also very prompt in making things run smoothly. Doctors and specialists always take the time to explain everything and go over all options with you, they speak with you as they are concerned with your situation, never treat you like just another patient. Overall my experience is always a good one and I would recommend, 10 out of 10.
