Suhas Kochat, MD, MBA is an Interventional Pain Management Physician specializing in the evaluation and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal, spine, and neuropathic pain conditions. Dr. Kochat earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch and his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from the University of Houston. He completed residency training at Duke University Medical Center and the University of North Carolina/Novant Health before pursuing a prestigious fellowship in Interventional Pain Management through the Weill Cornell Tri-Institutional Program, training at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Hospital for Special Surgery.

His clinical expertise includes advanced, image-guided procedures such as epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation, Intracept®, kyphoplasty, MILD®, regenerative therapies including PRP, Botox® for chronic migraine and cervical dystonia, and minimally invasive varicose vein treatments. Dr. Kochat is also an active contributor to pain medicine research, having authored peer-reviewed publications and presented at national conferences. He previously served on the ABC News National Medical Unit, providing expert medical commentary and clinical guidance for television and digital health content.

Originally from Texas, Dr. Kochat enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, spending time with his growing family, and following college and professional sports.
