Dr. Awan specializes in Interventional Pain Management and joined Groth Pain & Spine in 2013.

Dr. Awan completed her internship at Long Beach Medical Center and then went on to Stony Brook University Medical Center for her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation where she also held the Chief Resident position.

She then went on to Harvard Medical School’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at the Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care & Pain Medicine.
